How to Start a Return
If you'd like to return an item, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept return requests after this period has passed.
To get started, send us an email at info@aveliquemelbourne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will walk you through the next steps and provide you with a return address.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item meets the following criteria:
The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
All original tags and labels are still attached.
The item is sent back in its original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect — in which case, we'll take care of it.
Restocking Fee
We believe returns should be hassle-free. Avelique Melbourne does not apply any restocking fees on returned items.
Refunds
Once we've received your return and confirmed everything is in order, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Changed your mind on a size or colour? No problem. Email us at info@aveliquemelbourne.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We'll guide you through the process from there.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us at info@aveliquemelbourne.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to return it once it arrives.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please email us at info@aveliquemelbourne.com as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We'll cover the return shipping costs for verified cases and offer you the choice between a full refund or a replacement.
