At formfern we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the policy below explains how to return or exchange your order.

Return Period & Shipping

Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Customers bear return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. All original tags must remain attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 days after the return has been received and inspected, to the original payment method.

Restocking

formfern does not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day return window for unused items with original tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping for verified issues and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
