Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM AEST
Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)

All orders within Australia qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum spend required. We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

How It Works

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. From dispatch, please allow approximately 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday) for your order to arrive.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partnered warehouses. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Australia.

Delays

We always do our best to deliver within the timeframes listed above, but occasional delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control — such as public holidays, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, we recommend allowing an additional 3 business days before reaching out. Still no sign of your parcel? Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at info@aveliquemelbourne.com as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to initiate a return once you've received it. See our Return Policy for more details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? We're sorry about that. Please email us at info@aveliquemelbourne.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
